The Buckland by Prestige Park & Leisure Homes

There is no denying the fact that grey is the go-to shade these days so naturally this is the colour palette we have chosen for our brand new Prestige Buckland lodge to give it that Rowanwater touch which has been so popular with other lodges.

Decorated in the shade of the moment, this lodge has a chic and modern feel to it – the moody and calming grey tones in the living room are balanced by the abundance of natural light that pours through the multiple large windows and French doors which open onto 2m of South Westerly facing decking. The orientation of the home means that the decking and living area receives the afternoon and evening sun.

– The open plan layout of the living space includes a spacious seating area with two sofas, an armchair and coffee table with a log burner effect fire as the central focus.

– Moving to the kitchen there is plenty of storage space and a useful island that creates a clear divide between the kitchen and living space and also doubles up as a handy breakfast bar with two high stools.

– The 4-person dining space includes two internal glass windows and this novel design feature effectively enhances the space making for an enjoyable dining experience.

 -The large master bedroom includes a double bed and side tables, ensuite shower room and walk-in wardrobe as well as a fitted chest of drawers with large wall-mounted mirror above.

– The second bedroom is also a double with side tables and a fitted full height wardrobe. Large full length windows in both bedrooms mean they are soaked in natural light and feel spacious during the day and at night drawing the large curtains creates a feeling of softness that will make for a sound night’s sleep.
